About
The people you meet are the people who do the work.
CAIO is two partners, Adam Viccaro and Brad Risse, with Trevor Sweet on design. We take software projects that have stalled and put working software in front of the team within weeks. Adam also runs businesses on software we built, so we use our own work before anyone else does.
Working with us
01
Partners on every engagement
Adam and Brad lead every project. The people on the first call write the spec and review the code.
02
Something working early
Your team gets software it can click through within two to four weeks, and more at the end of every sprint after that.
03
A written plan you keep
Discovery ends in a plan: what to build, what to buy, what to leave alone, and what each costs. It is yours whether or not we build it.
04
Your team can run it
We train your people on what we built before we hand it over, or look after it for you month to month.

Adam Viccaro
Partner · Product and operations
Adam leads product on CAIO engagements, from the first interview to the prototype a team can use. He was product lead for RVLVR, including its Circularity platform, and for Affinitiv, including the design system that runs across its acquired products.
He is also co-founder and COO of Sided, a polling app that turns polls into ad inventory, where he led the rebuild of the core product in two months against a six-to-twelve-month plan.
He built ShedBuilder.ai, a parametric framing engine that produces permit-ready drawing sets and cut lists, and runs two local service businesses on it, so new features ship to those businesses first. Fifteen years in product and operations, most of it getting software out of planning and into people's hands.

Brad Risse
Partner · Engineering
Brad has spent fifteen years shipping production software, and leads engineering on CAIO projects.
He builds the agent harness and engineering workflows we deploy inside client companies, and trains engineering teams to ship with AI agents in production.

Trevor Sweet
Senior designer · Design
Trevor is a systems-first product designer. He turns complex workflows into interfaces that read as obvious, and designed the interfaces for CAIO's own tooling.
Bring us the project that keeps slipping.
Thirty minutes with Adam. Tell us where it stands today, and we'll tell you what a first sprint could put in your team's hands.
